After listening to the rough and random coughing throughout the night (mine included).... I decided to make the call to school health office. That's still the grown up call I don't like to make. Not so much because our kids are sick and must stay home........but because I still feel like a kid trying to fake it for the school nurse.
Now that I've been awake. for 2 hours....waiting to make the call....listening to my internal alarm clock....hearing the busses go by that are my morning time markers...1st bus...2nd bus....kids still sleeping.........it's time to collapse back into my cozy covers and get back to bed.
